Lion Sands Private Game Reserve is situated in the Southern portion of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve.
Lion Sands has exclusive access to the Sabie River. From
its source high up in the Drakensburg mountain range where it passes through the famous Mac Mac falls, the river through Lion Sands teems with wildlife.

KRUGER NATIONAL PARK The largest National Park in South Africa. Established in 1889, is more than
2 million hectares, and larger than Wales. More than 146 mammal species,
507 bird species and 400 different tree types call this spectacular
"Bushveld" home. It is only five hours drive or an hour’s flight from
Johannesburg. Direct flights are also available from Cape Town, Durban and
Port Elizabeth. Attached to Kruger are a large number of Private Game Reserves,
making the region even larger |

extending onto the open sand banks of the Kruger National Park.
There are 6 ultra luxurious suites with en-suite
bathroom, outdoor & inside shower, courtyard, lounge
with fireplace, wooden viewing deck, patio & private
plunge pool.
Ivory Lodge does not accommodate children under the age
of 10 years.
