MANYELETI GAME RESERVE

Honeyguide has two tented camps Khoka Moya and Mantobeni which are located
in the Manyeleti Game Reserve.
Manyeleti, meaning "Place of the Stars", borders
the Kruger National Park, Sabi Sand and Timbavati and is a true Big Five Reserve.

KRUGER NATIONAL PARK The largest National Park in South Africa. Established in 1889, is more than
2 million hectares, and larger than Wales. More than 146 mammal species,
507 bird species and 400 different tree types call this spectacular
"Bushveld" home. It is only five hours drive or an hour’s flight from
Johannesburg. Direct flights are also available from Cape Town, Durban and
Port Elizabeth. Attached to Kruger are a large number of Private Game Reserves,
making the Greater Kruger Region even larger |

MANTOBENI CAMP
Honeyguide Mantobeni Camp is designed to reflect Hemingway’s Africa.
This 12 tented
camp with ensuite bathrooms is nestled in a Tamboti grove overlooking a dry river bed.
The reception areas comprise a large sitting area, indoor and outdoor areas, bar and
climate controlled wine cellar and lap pool.
Game visiting the nearby watering hole can be seen from the swimming pool deck
adjoining the reception areas.
The tents are comfortably furnished with king-sized beds
and soft leather couches. Each tent leads onto its own bathroom with concrete bath,
double shower and separate toilet.
KHOKA MOYA
Honeyguide Khoka Moya comprises 12 large tents furnished in a contemporary yet
comfortable style.
Each tent has an en-suite with double shower and separate toilet.
A
private outdoor seating area in front of each tent allows guests to relax and take in
sights and sounds of the bush.
Honeyguide Khoka Moya Camp offers an educational
program for children of all ages aimed at catering for children. Parents wishing to visit
a luxury private camp in the greater Kruger National Park area are able to have the
peace of mind that their children are welcome and cared for.
The children's program is mainly safari-orientated,
sharing the knowledge and wonders of Africa, and also includes an activity centre,
supervised by the camp staff, offering a variety of activities such as beadwork, cookie
making, drawing and reading.
The centre is stocked with a DVD player with a variety of
animal and nature related movies, toys as well as a small library aimed at a younger
readership.
Children are welcome to go on walks with their parents. They have also
added a short (1 hour) drive for the children after breakfast where time will be spent
looking at some of the small wonders of the bushveld.
Panoramic road
transfers to/from Johannesburg via Pilgrims Rest & the Blyde River Canyon can be arranged .
