Here you can explore the pristine wilderness of this fabled park with one of Africa’s most experienced expert guides, while enjoying luxurious tented accommodation and fine dining.

Sanctuary Zebra Plains is a luxury safari camp with just four traditional tents accommodating a maximum of six guests allowing for an intimate exploration of the South Luangwa. All tents have real beds, campaign furniture, mosquito nets, ensuite facilities and flush toilets. Water for al fresco showers is mixed to your preferred temperature by a tent attendant. The main mess tent has a dining area although most of the gourmet meals will be served in the open in carefully selected vantage points. There is also a small library and bar area.

Day 1: Lusaka - South Luangwa National Park

In Lusaka Airport you will join a scheduled 1 hour flight to Mfuwe in South Luangwa National Park. On arrival you will be met and transferred by road to Sanctuary Zebra Plains. The transfer time from Mfuwe airport to Sanctuary Zebra Plains is approximately 5 hours in 4x4 vehicle (45 minutes hour road transfer, followed by 4 ½ hours which will form part of a game drive). Days 2 & 3: South Luangwa National Park

Enjoy a day full of walking and exploring. Dinner and overnight Sanctuary Zebra Plains Walking Safari. Garth Hovell, a safari guide with almost twenty years of experience, will lead walks twice a day. There will be a morning and afternoon walk each day. Garth will share with you some of the most fascinating, yet easily missed, sights and sounds of the bush. (BLD)

Day 4: South Luangwa National Park - Lusaka

After a hearty breakfast you will be transferred by road to Mfuwe Airport for your onward flight to Lusaka where the tour ends. (B)

Chobe National Park - Ngoma Safari Lodge

A rustic five star bush property, Ngoma is situated within the Chobe Forest Reserve bordering the Chobe National Park, with panoramic views overlooking the Chobe River and Caprivi Floodplain.
