You have the opportunity to see amazing sights as you fly low over the extensive savannah observing the wildlife below, with your guide ensuring every detail is pointed out. Experience the large herds of red elephants while at Satao Camp in Tsavo East, spectacular scenery and rolling volcanic landscape while at Severin Safari Camp in Tsavo West, Satao Elerai with its awesome view of Mount Kilimanjaro and Amboseli National Park, and during your stay at Karen Blixen Camp, the world famous Masai Mara with its amazing wildlife.

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara Game Reserve

This morning you will be collected from your hotel and transferred to Wilson Airport for the scheduled flight to the world famous Masai Mara Game Reserve. On arrival you are met by your safari bush guide and transferred to camp. After lunch experience your first game drive. Overnight at Karen Blixen Camp. (LD)

Day 2: Masai Mara Game Reserve

Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives. Set along the banks of the Mara River, Karen Blixen Camp is situated in the Great Plains Masai Mara North Conservancy. The camp offers 22 spacious ensuite tents in an authentic ‘yesteryear’ experience with the main area, built on a raised mahogany deck, a reception area decorated with copies of Karen Blixen’s own furniture, as well as a camp fire providing an inviting spot in the evening under the stars. Day 3: Masai Mara Game Reserve – Amboseli National Park

Join your guide and deluxe aircraft for your morning flight over the plains and on to Amboseli National Park, with an aerial view of Mount Kilimanjaro, cloud permitting, before descending into the Park. On the drive from the airstrip to Satao Elerai, located on an escarpment overlooking Amboseli, enjoy the wildlife sightings and scenery. After lunch visit a typical Maasai village to gain an insight into the life of this traditional tribe. Overnight at Satao Elerai. (BLD)

Day 4: Amboseli National Park

This morning take a game drive into Amboseli National Park. Lunch is taken back at the camp followed by an afternoon game drive on the conservation area and ending with a bush sundowner. Satao Elerai offers five lodge style suite rooms and 12 deluxe Mountain facing tents, all with solar powered ensuite bathrooms, designed to ensure that your stay will be in complete comfort. Day 5: Amboseli National Park – Tsavo West National Park

After breakfast fly to Tsavo West National Park, arriving in time for lunch at Severin Safari Camp. With some time to relax, indulge in the Kenbali Spa, an oasis of peace and relaxation, before taking a drive to Mzima Springs, and enjoy the sunset with drinks at Poachers Lookout. The eco friendly Severin Safari Camp comprises 27 rooms and suites, with superb dining, a crystal clear pool, spa and floodlit waterhole. Overnight at Severin Safari Camp. (BLD)

Day 6: Tsavo West National Park - Tsavo East National Park

Start the day with an early morning bush walk accompanied by a Maasai and discover the ecosystem. After breakfast fly in your deluxe aircraft to Tsavo East National Park, popular for its herds of red elephants. After lunch at Satao Camp, enjoy an afternoon game drive. Overnight at Satao Camp. Day 7: Tsavo East National Park

Today enjoy a game drive with picnic lunch, and a visit to Luggards Falls on the Galana River. Enjoy an evening bush sundowner and dinner back at camp. With a beautiful landscape and proximity to the coast, Tsavo East is a popular safari destination with bushy grassland and open plains where a wide variety of animals to be seen. Satao Camp offers 20 ensuite tents attractively furnished with locally made beds and unique African designs overlooking the water hole. Overnight at Satao Camp. (BLD)

Day 8: Tsavo East National Park - Mombasa

Take this last opportunity for an early morning final game drive before flying to Mombasa and end of the safari. (B)

Parc National Des Volcans is home to over half of the regions surviving 650 mountain gorillas and was immortalised in the film "Gorillas in the Mist", the biographical account of primatologist Dian Fossey which was set and shot in the park. The chain of 4,570 metre volcanoes stretching through Rwanda, Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo, affords wonderful views of the volcanoes and the surrounding countryside and is the place to experience the most intimate and poignant of wildlife encounters.
