Masai Mara By Air - Little Governors Camp

With the best location and the widest variety of things to do, Governors Camps offer the best game viewing in the Masai Mara, all located inside the Reserve. Little Governors’ is intimate in character and tucked around a large watering hole that teems with both birds and wildlife. This peaceful property is approached by a boat ride across the Mara River, then an escorted walk through the riverine forest.

This peaceful property is approached by a boat ride across the Mara River, then an escorted walk through the riverine forest. 

The 17 ensuite tents at Little Governors’ have recently been renovated and now have great wooden decks with large verandahs for guests to enjoy the constant game activity that takes place around the watering hole at the camp.

All Governors’ properties are unfenced, and at Little Governors’ there is a resident family of warthogs that wander freely through the camp. Guests may need to make way for elephants which sometimes visit the camp at lunch time.

Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara Game Reserve

This morning take the scheduled flight across the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. After lunch take an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Little Governors' Camp. (LD)

Day 2: Masai Mara Game Reserve

Spend the whole day game viewing in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Little Governors' Camp is located inside the Masai Mara National Reserve in the heart of one of the best wildlife viewing areas, which means you won’t waste time getting to the action. All guides are highly trained, enthusiastic experts who know the area of the Masai Mara and its wildlife like their home. Dinner and overnight at Little Governors' Camp (BLD).

Day 3: Masai Mara Game Reserve - Nairobi

After breakfast fly back to Nairobi. (B)
