Explore the diversity of the National Parks and Reserves of Nambia and Botswana. Seek out the wildlife and experience the culture of the Himba people, together with the spectacular scenery of the Sossuslvei and the breathtaking Victoria Falls. The group size is a maximum of 14. The safari crew consists of a professional guide, assistant and chef to pre-erect the camp and responsible for all camp duties.

The safari crew consists of a professional guide, assistant and chef to pre-erect the camp and responsible for all camp duties.

Day 1: Windhoek

On arrival into Windhoek you will be transferred to the Hotel Safari for safari briefing and overnight stay.

Days 2 & 3: Windhoek - Namib Desert - Sossusvlei

Depart Windhoek for the Namib Desert and camp for two nights. The following morning is an early departure for Sossusvlei and time spent walking amongst the dunes. On the way back to camp enjoy a short hike in the Sesriem Canyon. (BLD)

Day 4: Sossusvlei - Swakopmund

Travel on to Swakopmund on the coast and experience some of the many optional activities on offer. Overnight Guest House. (B)

Day 5: Swakopmund - Spitzkoppe

Described as the “Matterhorn of Namibia”, rising up to approx 1800m, Spitzkoppe is one of the most well known mountains here. Enjoy some of the walking trails. Overnight camping. (BLD)

Day 6: Spitzkoppe - Himba Village

This afternoon visit a Himba village to gain a glimpse of their way of life. Overnight camping. (BLD)

Days 7 to 9: Himba Village - Etosha National Park

Travel through one of the most important reserves and game sanctuaries in Africa. Etosha is the last remaining natural wild sanctuary of the black rhino. Enjoy early morning and late afternoon game drives, visiting the famous Etosha Pan and numerous waterholes. Overnight camping. (BLD)

Day 10: Etosha National Park - Kavango River

Travel north towards the border of Angola and into the Kavango region, home of the well- known wood-carvers, and camp on the river bank. (BLD)

Day 11: Kavango River - Okavango Delta

Enter the Delta and enjoy a mokoro ride through the papyrus and reed beds to a remote island for overnight. (BLD)

Day 12: Okavango Delta - Caprivi East

Travel into the Caprivi and camp next to the Kwando River. This afternoon enjoy a game drive in Bwabwata National Park. (BLD)

Days 13 & 14: Caprivi East - Chobe National Park

Travel on to Chobe famous for its beautiful scenery, magnificent sunsets and elephants. Witness huge herds during game drives and while boating on the river. (BLD)

Day 15: Chobe National Park - Livingstone

The Victoria Falls, one of the greatest and most unforgettable spectacles on earth, is where you can enjoy the many optional activities on offer. Overnight at Rainbow Hotel. (B)

Day 16: Livingstone

Safari ends this morning. (B)
