Day 1: Amman

On arrival into Amman you will be met and transferred to Le Meridien Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2: Jerash

After breakfast you will be met by your driver for the visit to Jerash, less than an hour’s drive away. Here you will have the services of a local guide to show you one of the largest Roman sites outside of Italy, a compound of ancient columns and ruins. Return to Amman and afternoon at leisure. Overnight at Le Meridien Hotel. (B)

Day 3: Madaba, Mt Nebo & Kerak

This morning drive south to Petra stopping enroute at the ancient sites of Madaba, the city of Mosaics, Mount Nebo and Kerak. You will stay at the Taybet Zaman Resort, located 12 kms from Petra, and situated on the site of an ancient village. This is a unique property offering stunning views of the Sharah Mountain Range, with air-conditioned rooms featuring modern amenities combined with traditional decor. The restaurants offer authentic Arabian dishes as well as international cuisine. (B)

Day 4: Petra

This morning with a local guide you explore the magnificent rose red city carved into the rock face. Begin the tour with an optional horse-back ride through the twisting rock ravine to the temple itself. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at Taybet Zaman Resort. (B)

Day 5: Petra

Day at leisure to explore more Petra and surrounds. Overnight at Taybet Zaman Resort. (B)

Day 6: Dead Sea

Today drive through the desert way to the Dead Sea in the Rift Valley and overnight at the Kempinski Ishtar Hotel. (B)

Day 7: Dead Sea

Today is spent at leisure to enjoy the unique waters of the Dead Sea. Quality spas allow you to experience several different kinds of mineral hot springs and the Dead Sea itself, both soothing and therapeutic. Overnight at Kempinski Ishtar Hotel. (B)

Day 8: Amman

Transfer back to Amman Airport. (B)
