Day 1: Entebbe

On arrival into Entebbe you will be met and transferred to the Windsor Lake Victoria Hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Entebbe - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After breakfast depart by road for a full day’s drive in 4x4 vehicle along mountain roads to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Overnight at Buhoma Lodge. (BLD)

Day 3: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After an early breakfast and your briefing you will commence the search for gorillas with experienced trackers. After spending an unforgettable hour observing the gorillas, return to the lodge for late lunch and afternoon at leisure. Overnight at Buhoma Lodge. (BLD)

Day 4: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Today if you have pre-purchased a second gorilla permit, you will trek again. For those not undertaking a second visit, there are the options of a guided forest walk, or a visit to the community village or the local orphanage and school. Overnight at Buhoma Lodge. (BLD)

Day 5: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Lake Mburo National Park

The drive today travels through the Ugandan Highlights – the Switzerland of Africa – with spectacular vistas. Lake Mburo National Park offers a great variety of wildlife including leopard, zebra, various antelope and hippo, together with prolific bird life. Here you have the opportunity of a game drive or guided walk. Overnight at Lake Mburo Tented Camp. (BLD)

Day 6: Lake Mburo National Park - Entebbe

Today return to Entebbe by road with stops en route for curio shopping. Tour ends early evening. (BL)
