Day 1: Cairo

On arrival you are met and transferred to the Villa Belle Epoque Hotel for overnight stay. (B)

Day 2: Cairo - Pyramids, Memphis & Sakkara

Enjoy a full day of privately guided sightseeing to Memphis, Sakkara and the Pyramids with lunch at a local restaurant. Overnight at Villa Belle Epoque. (BL)

Day 3: Cairo – Egyptian Museum and El Khalili Bazaar

Enjoy a full day of privately guided sightseeing to the Egyptian Museum, and the sights of Old Cairo with the Citadel, Mosque and Khan El Khalili Bazaar with lunch at a local restaurant. Overnight at Villa Belle Epoque. (BL)

Day 4: Cairo to Aswan

Transfer to the airport for short flight to Aswan, and on arrival transfer to the MS Eugenie cruise boat for Lake Nasser cruise for three nights. After lunch enjoy a visit to Kalabsha Temple, Beit El Wali and the Kiosk of Kertassi, built in honour of the Goddess Isis. Overnight at MS Eugenie Cruise Boat. (BLD)

Day 5: Lake Nasser

Today sail to Wadi El Seboua while passing the Tropic of Capricorn. After lunch visit Wadi El Seboua Temple and the temples of Dakka and Meharakka. Sail on to Amada. Overnight at MS Eugenie Cruise Boat. (BLD)

Day 6: Abu Simbel

After breakfast enjoy a visit to the temples of Amada and Derr and the tomb of Penout. Sail on to Kasr Ibrim and learn about the Citadel from the sundeck of the boat, as entry to the site is not permitted. This is the only monument that still exists in its original location on Lake Nasser as it was built overlooking a valley on high ground. Sail on to Abu Simbel and visit the temples. This evening consider the optional Sound & Light show at the temples. Overnight at MS Eugenie Cruise Boat. (BLD)

Day 7: Abu Simbel to Cairo

Wake to the sunrise at Abu Simbel and take an optional second visit to the temples. After disembarkation transfer to the airport for flight to Cairo where on arrival you are met and transferred to the Fairmont Nile City Hotel for overnight stay. (B)

Day 8: Cairo

Transfer to the airport and end of arrangements. (B)
